Performance Appraisal Regulations Socialization Given to Thousand Islands Civil Servants

The Thousand Islands Regency administration, held socialization on Gubernatorial Regulation number 30/2019 on performance evaluation of civil servants (PNS) in the Mitra Praja Building, Sunter, North Jakarta, on Thursday (10/17).

Thousand Islands Management and Staffing Legal Entity (HKK) Head Hendri Sembiring added it is participated by 100 employees of SKPD, UKPD, urban village and sub-district by presenting the Jakarta Regional Personnel Agency as the speaker.

He uttered the regulation is an improvement from the Government Regulation PP number 46/2011 on evaluation of civil servant work achievement.

"This regulation is to measure the aspects of civil servant's discipline and work performance as well as being the basis for providing performance allowances, reward and punishment," he stated.
